Ondo Finance has appointed Adam Schlisman as chief financial officer, according to the announcement. Schlisman holds a CFA charter and brings two decades of experience across digital assets and global capital markets.
Schlisman joins from Monashee Investment Management, a global macro hedge fund where he served as CFO. Before that role, he was CFO of Blockchain.com, where he led global finance, treasury, and risk operations during a period of significant growth. He spent nearly a decade at Graham Capital Management in portfolio management and risk positions.
Ondo is a tokenized credit and fixed-income platform operating in the infrastructure layer for on-chain capital markets. Schlisman's background bridges traditional finance and crypto native institutions. His experience at Graham Capital and other macro hedge funds includes markets infrastructure and risk management; his roles at Blockchain.com and Monashee place him in digital asset operations.

Ondo has been building products for real-world asset tokenization. Ondo's core product line includes tokenized money market funds and credit instruments, which require sophisticated finance and treasury management. Schlisman's prior experience managing treasury and risk at a high-growth digital asset company provides direct experience with the operational complexity of serving both traditional and on-chain infrastructure.
Ondo has not disclosed financial terms or an official start date for Schlisman's role. The company operates as a Delaware public benefit corporation and has raised capital from a range of institutional investors focused on digital infrastructure and fintech.
