MicroStrategy held 843,775 Bitcoin last week without buying or selling, according to an SEC filing dated July 13 covering the period of July 6-12. The company raised $466.7 million through share sales during the same period.

The Bitcoin position remained static as the company deployed capital through equity markets instead. MicroStrategy, which has made Bitcoin accumulation a core part of its corporate treasury strategy, has added to holdings in prior weeks but made no net changes to its cryptocurrency allocation last week.

MicroStrategy's Bitcoin holdings represent one of the largest corporate positions in the asset. The company has been a consistent buyer over the past two years, using a combination of debt and equity offerings to fund purchases. Last week's share sale added to cash reserves without triggering any Bitcoin transactions.

The filing shows the company's dual approach to capital deployment: equity offerings generate dollar liquidity for operations and potential future Bitcoin purchases, while the core Bitcoin position remains separate from weekly operational funding decisions. MicroStrategy does not disclose purchase intentions or timelines for future Bitcoin acquisitions.
