Evernorth started trading on Nasdaq today under the ticker XRPN, becoming the first publicly listed company whose primary asset is an XRP treasury. The company holds approximately 473 million XRP, according to its merger completion announcement.
The debut marks the first time a major cryptocurrency asset has been held by a publicly traded U.S.-listed entity at this scale. Evernorth completed a shareholder vote in advance of the Nasdaq listing, clearing the path for today's opening. The company's structure allows public investors to gain direct exposure to XRP holdings without holding the token themselves.
Evernorth was formed through a merger structure that consolidated XRP holdings into a publicly accountable vehicle. The 473 million XRP held represents a significant portion of circulating supply. At current market prices, the treasury would be worth several billion dollars, though that valuation fluctuates with XRP trading.

Public listings of crypto-focused entities have expanded in recent years, but most have tracked crypto asset prices or operated as mining or infrastructure companies rather than serving as direct treasury holders. Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust, for instance, holds BTC for investors but trades at a premium or discount to net asset value. Evernorth's structure differs in that it lists as an operating company on a major exchange rather than as a trust or fund product.
The Nasdaq debut comes as institutional interest in XRP has grown following regulatory clarity in the United States. Ripple, the blockchain company behind XRP, has pushed for clearer SEC guidance on the token's classification. Evernorth's public listing status means its holdings and financial reporting will be subject to SEC disclosure rules.
Evernorth's XRP holdings will trade at a discount or premium to the underlying token value. If XRPN closes today above or below the net asset value of its XRP treasury, that spread reflects how public markets price the wrapper relative to direct token ownership.
