Vista Global Holding Ltd. is exploring a European initial public offering that could raise more than $1 billion, according to people with knowledge of the matter. The private-jet subscription company is weighing the listing as it expands its consumer and corporate travel business across the continent.
Vista operates VistaJet, a membership-based platform for on-demand private aviation, and XO, a newer consumer-focused brand. The company generated $2.9 billion in revenue in 2025 and holds a valuation of $2.5 billion, according to the verification notes provided. A European listing would represent a shift from typical private-aviation financing, which has historically relied on debt, private equity backing, or acquisitions by larger travel and hospitality groups.

The company has not formally announced plans or selected exchanges or underwriters. Vista's exploration of a public market debut comes as the private-jet segment has consolidated around a smaller set of platforms. NetJets, owned by Berkshire Hathaway, remains the sector's largest player. Wheels Up, which went public via SPAC in 2021, sought bankruptcy protection in 2023 after burning through capital and facing recurring losses. Vista's higher revenue profile and subscription model differ materially from Wheels Up's structure at the time of its debut.
European equity markets have shown appetite for travel and transportation businesses in recent years, though valuations for private-aviation companies remain subject to fluctuations in high-net-worth discretionary spending. The choice of a European listing over a U.S. exchange would place Vista alongside travel-sector peers listed in London, Amsterdam, or Luxembourg, though no jurisdiction has been confirmed.
A successful IPO of this scale would test investor appetite for standalone private-aviation platforms. Vista's $2.9 billion 2025 revenue against its $2.5 billion valuation implies a 0.86 revenue multiple, lower than many mature travel platforms but higher than loss-making aviation startups of the prior decade.
The filing or announcement of a formal listing prospectus will determine whether Vista's European exploration advances to regulatory submission, and whether the company can sustain its $1 billion-plus capital target amid market conditions.
