OranjeBTC, Brazil's largest bitcoin treasury company, is launching an exchange-traded fund with 95 percent of assets allocated to Strategy's STRC token, with the remaining 5 percent in Strive's SATA token. The ETF, ticker DIGY11, is set to begin trading in early September on Brazil's B3 exchange.
OranjeBTC holds 3,723 bitcoin and has positioned itself as the country's leading institutional bitcoin accumulator. The fund structure concentrates exposure to STRC, a token tied to the performance of bitcoin-holding companies.
The announcement came during Blockchain Rio on August 12. Strategy's STRC token has traded primarily on decentralized exchanges; the B3 listing through DIGY11 would give Brazilian retail and institutional investors regulated access to STRC price movements through a traditional brokerage account.
Brazil's securities regulator has expanded the scope of products available through B3 in recent years. The ETF structure allows OranjeBTC to package token exposure in a format that complies with local fund regulations, bypassing the need for investors to use decentralized exchanges or cryptocurrency custody accounts.

Strategy itself operates as a digital asset manager focused on public company bitcoin holdings. The concentration of DIGY11's portfolio into a single token leaves minimal room for cash or other assets. The 95-to-5 allocation split between STRC and SATA tracks the collective bitcoin accumulation strategy of its underlying holdings.
Early September launch timing gives OranjeBTC roughly two weeks to complete regulatory filings and exchange setup.
DIGY11's success will depend on whether Brazilian investors adopt token-based ETF products and whether STRC maintains sufficient liquidity to support institutional-scale trading volumes on B3. If the fund accumulates significant assets, it could create material demand pressure on STRC in a market where trading has historically concentrated on decentralized platforms.
