Nasdaq-listed Orbs completed a repurchase of 14 million shares over two weeks, according to an announcement released Tuesday. The company's total treasury holdings now stand at approximately $389 million.

The buyback is the first material share repurchase Orbs has disclosed in 2026. The company held 14 million shares outstanding as of its most recent disclosure, meaning the repurchase cycle absorbed a significant portion of the float over a compressed timeframe.

Orbs' treasury composition centers on cryptocurrency holdings. The company owns nearly 302 million WLD tokens, valued at roughly 77 percent of total treasury assets based on current holdings. Orbs also holds 16,278 ETH and maintains $90 million of indirect exposure to OpenAI through equity positions. The remaining $18 million consists of Beast Industries equity.

The WLD position is substantial relative to the token's circulating supply. World Coin's total supply is capped at 143 million tokens, placing Orbs' stake at roughly 211 percent of currently circulating WLD. The ETH position equates to approximately $55 million at recent prices.

Orbs was founded as a blockchain infrastructure platform focused on privacy-preserving smart contracts. The company pivoted to crypto asset allocation and treasury management in recent years. The $389 million treasury now stands as one of the larger crypto-native balance sheets among publicly traded entities, comparable in scale to MicroStrategy's crypto holdings before its recent surge in Bitcoin accumulation.

The announcement does not specify the price at which Orbs repurchased its shares or the authorization size remaining in the buyback program. Nasdaq filings are expected to detail the transaction within standard SEC reporting windows.
