Consensus Cloud reaffirmed its 2026 revenue guidance of $350 million to $364 million while completing the acquisition of doc.health and launching a Healthcare Strategy and Solutions Group, according to the company's Q2 2026 earnings announcement.
The tuck-in acquisition adds 14 employees to Consensus Cloud's payroll. Steve Tolle, who leads the newly formed Healthcare Strategy and Solutions Group, now holds the title Chief Healthcare Solutions Officer. The company did not disclose a purchase price for doc.health.
Consensus Cloud, which trades on NASDAQ under the ticker CCSI, provides cloud-based software and services to the healthcare, financial services, and government sectors. The company had revenue of $81.4 million in Q2 2026, according to its earnings results. The $350 million to $364 million full-year target implies annual growth of roughly 43 percent to 47 percent from 2025 levels.
doc.health is a platform for healthcare document workflow and management. The acquisition fits within Consensus Cloud's existing healthcare vertical, where the company already operates software for clinical documentation and patient engagement. Tuck-in acquisitions of this scale typically integrate into the buyer's existing product lines rather than operate as standalone units.

The Healthcare Strategy and Solutions Group will oversee the doc.health integration and develop the company's broader healthcare market approach. Consensus Cloud has made healthcare a priority growth area amid rising demand for digital infrastructure in provider networks and health plans.
Consensus Cloud's guidance remained intact despite broader economic uncertainty in software spending. The company reaffirmed its full-year outlook on the same day it disclosed the doc.health acquisition.
The acquisition marks the second healthcare software deal Consensus Cloud has closed this year. The company created the Healthcare Strategy group and acquired doc.health with the same organizational focus on consolidation and product development in the healthcare segment. If Consensus Cloud meets its 2026 target, doc.health and related healthcare assets will have contributed materially to growth from a business line that represents less than two years of acquisition history at the company.
