Binance will open subscriptions to locked staking products for tokens 0G and SSV starting August 12 at 12:00 UTC, according to the announcement posted on the exchange's Telegram channel.
Simple Earn Locked Products let users deposit tokens for fixed periods in exchange for preset reward rates. The offering excludes users in the European Economic Area.
0G, the token backing a blockchain designed for artificial intelligence workloads, launched in 2024 and trades on major exchanges including Binance spot and futures markets. SSV, the token for Stader Labs' distributed validator network for Ethereum staking, similarly maintains liquidity across multiple platforms. Both tokens have seen adoption among institutional stakers seeking yield.

Binance Simple Earn has expanded its locked product roster multiple times since launching in 2022. The program bundles retail and institutional deposit flows into fixed-term contracts, with the exchange setting reward rates based on underlying protocol yields and market demand.
The August 12 launch date gives users a 10-day window to set subscription parameters before the lock-in period begins. Binance does not disclose reward rates in advance announcements; terms appear on the exchange's Simple Earn dashboard at subscription open.
The addition follows Binance's 2025 expansion into lower-liquidity altcoins via its Simple Earn products, a strategy to differentiate its staking offerings against competitors offering Ethereum and Bitcoin locked products.
